Address Mapping Requirements
Unlike legacy landlines, VoIP services are nomadic. Emergency responders will be dispatched to the address registered in our portal. You must maintain an accurate civic address to ensure service functionality.
Power & ISP Dependency
In the event of an ISP outage or building power failure, VoIP calling (including E911) will be disabled. We strongly recommend battery backups (UPS) for all VoIP hardware.
